CedarFX has shut my account down. I had been trading with them for weeks, building up my account balance, and when I tried to withdraw after a big winning day, they told me they were 'having some delays with withdrawals' and that someone would reach out in 24 hours. But nobody got back to me. I contacted support, and they promised someone would get in touch within 72 hours. Still, no one reached out. Not long after that, my account was closed (I can't log in anymore) and is now under 'further investigation.'

It's been over a week now, and they won't provide any estimate on when the review will wrap up and my account will be reopened.

You gotta approach this company with a whole lot of caution! I’ll keep it straightforward: I felt tricked! If it weren't for freelandpyle, I wouldn’t have gotten my refund sorted out.

They’re eco-conscious (they plant trees), provide great support, and the deposit (at least $10) and withdrawal (also at least $10) processes run smoothly, even if it’s just bitcoin for now.

These folks are total scammers. Customer support? Forget about it! Their website is just a front for deception. They’re linked up with shady Instagram accounts like Cryptomentor.uk and investing.uk, among others. It’s all about luring in unsuspecting victims. If you’ve put your cash in with them, it’s likely you’ve lost it for good.

They offer a solid variety of assets, and their customer support has always been on point. Since this is the only broker I use, I wanted to express my gratitude through a positive review. I switched to CedarFX since the other brokers I had access to limited me to 1:30 leverage (I’m in the UK). They provide 1:500 leverage on fiat pairs and 1:100 for cryptocurrencies.

Being able to deposit and withdraw using BTC is fantastic (usually on the same day), while other brokers take up to 5 days for bank transfers.

They offer tight spreads and zero commissions on trades, which is perfect for day trading.

Overall, it’s a solid broker that I’ve been with for 2 years without any issues.
